It will build confidence to see how a classroom is handled, it will provide insight for effective teaching, and it will add to a teacher's repertoire of teaching techniques.Viewing an experienced teacher in her own unique environment is not only educational and entertaining, but it can also provide insight to a teacher's own classroom. Studying a well-run classroom is fundamentally empowering to developing one's own style and substance.
"In the Classroom" videos take you inside the classroom to watch a live class as it is happening. Christy provides commentary from a teaching perspective. The viewer gets the benefit of both hearing the teacher's instructions and reactions as well as seeing whether it translates to her teen audience.

--Seeing real teens in real classroom situations: If you don't have a lot of experience working with teens, it is tremendously helpful to see how they realistically behave and respond in a yoga class and to get an idea of their level of maturity.
